We do not sell personal information collected from our internet site.

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving product. Please note that some products, noted in product description, are not returnable. Custom products which will be manufactured can not be cancelled or returned once order has been placed. You may call us at 360-989-0960 or for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return address. The RMA# allows us to process a credit back to your credit card when the product is received back. Buyer is responsible for return freight on items unless product is defective. Items must be returned as new and in saleable form in original packaging with all items included. Products that have been used are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping quotes are based on UPS rates. However, product may ship UPS, Fedex or USPS. Some product, especially for larger items or multiple items may ship truck to save you money. In those cases, actual freight charged on your invoice may be less than what is quoted on the website. However, if additional services, such as call before delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery or redelivery charges (to name a few) are needed, additional charges may apply to what is quoted on the website. If the truck driver is asked to unload goods from the truck and/or move product, additional charges will be incurred. If you have no dock or forklift to unload the product and can not get product off the delivery truck, you will need a truck with a liftgate. Please let us know if you are in need of these services and we will arrange for them ahead of time. If you are unable to take delivery of items when delivered, redelivery charges may apply. Please let us know if you are closed between the hours of 8-5 Monday thru Friday so we can coordinate your shipment when you are available. If product or product packaging is damaged, this must be noted on receiving document. If product is signed for without noting damage on receiving document, it means product was inspected and arrived undamaged. Please report any shortage claims within 10 days of receiving product.
