Pricing

We work hard to pass along to our customers the very best prices on our products. As our store grows over time we hope to provide even better prices. Our prices are subject to change depending on our costs and therefore we reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

 
Shipping

Our products generally ship by UPS or Truck. Shipping rates for products that ship UPS are visible as soon as you add a product to your cart. You can see them by clicking on SHOPPING CART in the navigation bar at the top of each screen or in the mini-basket on the product description screens.

Larger items or orders with multiple items may ship by truck to save you money. When product in your order ships by truck, the checkout process will ask you for additional information and submit a request for a truck freight quote. When we receive your order with a "request for truck freight quote", we will hold your order and contact you with the actual shipping cost. Once you have approved the shipping charges and made payment your order will be processed. The additional information involved with truck shipments are provided to insure that the quote accurately includes charges for extra services like: call before delivery, lift gate service, inside delivery or redelivery charges. Shipping companies incur additional charges for extra services if the truck driver is asked to unload goods from the truck and/or move product. If you have no dock or forklift to unload the product and cannot get product off the delivery truck, you will need a truck with a lift gate. Please let us know if you are in need of these services and we will arrange for them ahead of time and insure the accuracy of your quote by including them. If you are unable to take delivery of items when delivered, redelivery charges may apply. If you are closed between the hours of 8-5 Monday thru Friday we need to know how best to coordinate your shipment when you are available. When product or product packaging is damaged, this must be noted on the receiving document. When product is signed for without noting damage on the receiving document, it means the product was inspected and considered to be undamaged. Be sure to report any shortage claims within 10 days of receiving product.

If you have special needs and want to ship Fedex or USPS, give us a call and we will try to work with you.

 
Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving product. Please note that some products, noted in product description, are not returnable. Custom products which will be manufactured cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has been processed. Call us at 360-989-0960 or Email Sales for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return address. The RMA# allows us to process a credit back to your credit card when the product is received back. Buyer is responsible for return freight on items unless product is defective. Items must be returned in new condition and in saleable form in original packaging with all items included. Products that have been used are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
